Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored Isla Victoria and took a day trip to Cerro Tronador. The place has great views and the staff is super friendly. Just a heads up, there's no air conditioning, so it can get warm at night, but they provided us with fans. Overall, a chill spot for a group getaway!

The views from the terrace were breathtaking, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast had its highlights, especially paired with that stunning scenery.
The dining experience was a letdown. the breakfast spread was average and options were limited. The 'tabla de ahumados' was overpriced at 33 USD and barely had any quality offerings.

Breathtaking views of the lake from the terrace.
Rude front desk staff who treated us poorly during checkout.

Couples looking for a cozy retreat
The view from the room was lovely,, we could see the lake during breakfast and dinner. The staff went above and beyond when I asked for help with our tours, they were super kind and helpful!
It wasn’t affordable, but still within reason.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We spent three nights in a standard room, which was cozy and well-furnished. The on-site restaurant served delicious local dishes, especially the Patagonian lamb. Fixing some minor maintenance issues could enhance the experience.

The studio had a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed. Loved the views from the balcony, especially during sunset. The breakfast included a variety of fresh pastries and delicious organic juices. The views were stunning, especially during breakfast with a breathtaking outlook of the lake. The rooms were spacious and clean, featuring a comfy bed. However, the shower had a drainage issue leading to black mold, and the breakfast could benefit from more variety and better quality. Service in the coffee shop was inconsistent, with long waits and minimal attention from staff.

More shuttle service for accessibility would be helpful.

The suite amazed me with a stunning jacuzzi bath and incredible lake views. I loved waking up to breathtaking scenery. The breakfast offered delicious options and kept me satisfied each morning. The room was on the ground floor with a limited lake view, unlike what I expected from a lake view room. Limited parking made it difficult to find a spot. Overall, the location is beautiful, but the payment process was a hassle.
